Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Headshot Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Service Description

AI Headshot Generator is an AI-powered service that generates professional headshots from user-uploaded selfie photographs. Users upload 10–20 photos, and our AI uses them as references to produce studio-quality headshots in various professional styles. Most orders are ready within an hour, after which generated headshots are available for download.

User Accounts

Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account using either Google OAuth or our email magic link sign-in flow. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Acceptable Use

Upload Requirements

You agree that all photos you upload to the Service:

  • Are photographs of yourself or a person who has given you explicit consent to use their likeness
  • Are clear, well-lit selfie photographs suitable for headshot generation
  • Do not contain illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Do not violate any third-party intellectual property rights

NSFW Content Prohibition

You are strictly prohibited from uploading any content that is sexually explicit, pornographic, violent, or otherwise not safe for work (NSFW). Our service employs automated NSFW detection at both the upload and generation stages. Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Generate headshots of individuals without their explicit consent
  • Create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Impersonate another person for fraudulent purposes
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

Payment Terms

Pricing

The Service offers three one-time payment packages (prices shown reflect current Early Access promotion — 50% off):

  • Starter: $9.50 — Up to 30 AI-generated headshots
  • Professional: $14.50 — Up to 50 AI-generated headshots (most popular)
  • Premium: $19.50 — Up to 80 AI-generated headshots

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by our secure payment partners. By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment processor's terms and conditions. Our payment partners handle all payment processing and invoicing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are available only for unused orders (i.e., orders with a "Paid" status where no photos have been uploaded). Once photos are uploaded and processing begins, the service is considered used and is non-refundable.

If our AI pipeline fails to produce results after all automatic retry attempts, a full refund will be issued automatically.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase by contacting support@getaiheadshot.it.com. Approved refunds will typically be processed within 5–10 business days.

Intellectual Property

Your Uploaded Photos

You retain all ownership and copyright of the photos you upload to the Service. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating headshots for your order and running any necessary provider-side processing. This license terminates when your photos are deleted (automatically after 30 days or upon your earlier request).

Generated Headshots

You own full commercial usage rights to the headshots generated by the Service. You may use your generated headshots for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to LinkedIn profiles, resumes, business cards, websites, and social media. We do not claim any ownership over your generated headshots.

AI-Generated Content

The headshots produced by our Service are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality results, you acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated images may not perfectly replicate your appearance in every detail
  • Results may vary depending on the quality and variety of your uploaded photos
  • We do not guarantee that every generated headshot will meet your expectations
  • AI-generated content should be reviewed before use in professional contexts

Content Restrictions

Our Service implements a dual-layer NSFW content filtering system:

  • Upload Filtering: All uploaded photos are automatically scanned for NSFW content before processing. Photos that fail this check are rejected and not stored.
  • Generation Filtering: All AI-generated headshots are automatically scanned for inappropriate content before being made available for download.

If you are found to have intentionally circumvented our content filters, your account will be terminated immediately without refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Headshot Generator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transmissions
  • The quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated headshots
  • Any third-party conduct on the Service

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimers

  • The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee that AI-generated headshots will achieve specific results for job applications, professional profiles, or any other purpose.
  • The Service is not a substitute for professional photography where exact likeness reproduction is legally required (e.g., government ID photos, passport photos).
  • We do not provide legal, career, or professional branding advice.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including facial data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. All payments are processed by our authorized payment partners, who may act as the merchant of record for transactions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
