How long does it take to get my headshots?
Most orders are ready within an hour. Once your photos are uploaded, we use them as references to generate your headshots. We'll email you as soon as your headshots are ready.
What photos should I upload?
Upload 10 to 14 clear selfies with varied angles, lighting, expressions, and outfits. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or group photos. The better your input photos, the better your AI headshots will be.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes. Unused orders are eligible for a 14-day refund before you upload photos. Once photos are uploaded and processing begins, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable. If our AI fails to produce results after all retry attempts, you'll receive an automatic refund. Contact support@getaiheadshot.it.com for refund requests.
What styles are available?
We offer a range of professional styles including classic business, corporate, creative, casual professional, and more. The number of available styles depends on your plan: 3 styles with Starter, 6 with Professional, and all 12 styles with Premium.
How many photos do I need to upload?
You need to upload between 10 to 14 photos. This gives the system enough visual context to keep the final headshots close to your features without asking you to overshoot the current reference limit. The photos should be recent and clearly show your face.
Is it really better than a traditional photographer?
AI headshots offer several advantages: they're up to 95% cheaper ($9.50-19.50 vs $200-500 for a photographer), most orders are ready within an hour instead of days, and you get many more options to choose from. While traditional photography has its place, AI headshots deliver professional results at a fraction of the cost and time.
Can I use these headshots for LinkedIn and resumes?
Absolutely! All plans include a commercial license. Your AI headshots are perfect for LinkedIn profiles, resumes, company websites, business cards, and any professional use.
What happens to my photos after processing?
We take your privacy seriously. Your uploaded photos are automatically deleted 30 days after processing. Any provider-side temporary processing artifact tied to your order is scheduled for cleanup on the same timeline where applicable. Your generated headshots remain available for download in your account.
Can I create headshots for different people?
Each package is for one person per order. All photos in a single order should be of the same person. If you need headshots for a different person, purchase a separate package for that person.
What resolution are the generated headshots?
Current square headshots are delivered up to 2048x2048 pixels, which is more than enough for LinkedIn, resumes, company websites, business cards, and most digital and print applications.
What's the difference between each plan?
The plans differ in the number of headshots and styles you receive. Starter gives you up to 30 headshots in 3 styles, Professional gives you up to 50 headshots in 6 styles, and Premium gives you up to 80 headshots in all 12 styles. All plans include the same AI quality, commercial license, and 14-day refund policy.
