Overview
AI Headshot Generator offers refunds for orders that have not yet been used. Because our service uses your uploaded photos to generate personalized headshots, refund eligibility depends on the current status of your order.
Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
- Unused orders: If you have purchased a package but have not yet uploaded any photos, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Processing failure: If our AI pipeline fails to produce results after all automatic retry attempts, a full refund will be issued automatically — no action required from you.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Orders in progress: Once you upload photos and processing begins, the service is considered used and is non-refundable. This includes orders in processing, generating, or completed status.
- Completed orders: Orders where headshots have been generated and made available for download are not eligible for refund.
- Policy violations: Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (including NSFW content upload) are not eligible for refund.
How to Request a Refund
- Send an email to support@getaiheadshot.it.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
- Include your account email address and order reference number.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
Processing Time
All payments are processed by our secure payment partners. Approved refunds will typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Automatic Refunds
In the rare event that our AI pipeline fails to produce results after all retry attempts, a full refund will be issued automatically. You will receive an email notification when this occurs. No action is required from you.
