Yes. Unused orders are eligible for a 14-day refund before you upload photos. Once photos are uploaded and processing begins, the service is considered delivered and is non-refundable. The General library covers broad professional looks, and the Professional library adds curated role-specific packs. Your package controls how many final looks you can include in one run: up to 3 with Starter, 6 with Professional, and 12 with Premium.

Each package is for one person per order. All photos in a single order should be of the same person. If you need headshots for a different person, purchase a separate package for that person.

Yes, but the current product still works one person per order. Each person needs their own package so the service can generate same-person results from that person's uploads.
